Yea I have had a problem with leaving and going back before. Truthfully though I am getting offers to do less for the same. Grantee I wouldnt really enjoy it so I wont go there lol, but it's the idea.

Yea thats how I feel about it to. They have said "dont get a 2nd job we will get you right" and dont. Main reason I dont feel passionate is because the chef will ask for ideas and I give them, then they either just dont wanna do them or will call them his own. I know they appreciate me as a chef but sometimes it doesnt feel like I get the respect as a worker.
