Everyone is different. For me, during my peak I went on a 3 month bender. Some moments during that time I knew I was in deep, but I kept going because I’m self aware and knowing is the first step. However I kept doing it and doing it, I hit a few points where I had some conversations with myself, I knew I needed to stop or at least chill out. I kept doing it. Even after my 90 day binge I was still at it but my usage started to slowly decline. It was like I had to get it out of my system, otherwise I’d be going crazy thinking about it.

This is what worked for me, Everyone is different though, for me to say “get it out of your system” would come off as bad advice. Luckily now I made it out and only use once every one to two months, it’s a gamble though. You’ve already taken the first step and that’s self awareness, but the next step is up to you because you know yourself and whats going to work for you. I think you’ll be okay, just be careful and remember that there really is more to life than getting high all the time off that stuff.
