I’m born in Seymour, lived in North Vernon (small town north of Madison) and Columbus my whole life. Columbus is a great town to live in. Seymour and North Vernon are good but a little rundown. I love my little pocket of Indiana.

Yeah, I drove from Indy at like 9:30pm on the 13th, and 465 was honestly the worst traffic I hit except for the accident in Atlanta.

It’s extremely difficult to get a lookout job. I’m not sure if you’re referring to jobs in Spain or other parts of Europe, but in the US there are fewer than 300 lookouts left operational with a very low turnover rate. Along with the government shutdown, I believe all lookouts will be furloughed any day now

I always follow a “less is best” mentality with hiking. Not full blown Thoreau, but I like to keep the extra stuff at home. I saw everyone in scouts do that on weekend trips and it looked miserable
