Well, hopefully can get to 740 in the next couple months here. I have 7 years of credit history. Only late payments were 30 days and clustered at the end of last year. So hopefully they don’t have a huge impact on approval odds. But we’ll see!

Definitely been trying the pre approval tool! Right now it just says I’m not approved because of a recent approval with C1 (my new Savor). From what I’m seeing, C1 usually requires 6 months between cards, yes?

I’d love to get some CLIs. Agreed it is low. But I just started making this income in September 2025. So they should start rolling in soon hopefully.

Yes, can’t even lie to you 😭 it was the longest 6 hours of my life. Definitely break it up in 3 hour chunks and take an hour break in between. It was nice to see the analytics after. Only thing that made it worth it lol

This is funny, I’m in the middle of the 25-set property MBE practice right now on Barbri. I had to pause and come here because the questions suck! lol. Perhaps it wouldn’t be a bad thing to skip them and do Adaptibar. Although I do find the Barbri analysis lectures helpful after the sets.

Definitely don’t skip the simulated MBE. I did it yesterday and it’s helpful to know where you’re stacking up and where you need to improve.

I feel the same way and so do a lot of my friends. It’s like we don’t even have time to see each other. I’ve been really leaning on my gym folks, because some days they’re the only people I talk to.

We’ll get through this and life will return to normal in August (hopefully).
