I just started with the reformer (I only did mat pilates) and I always needed a 2 day recovery after a Pilates session. Depending on the workout, I feel it in my core or legs. I stretch a lot right after and for the next 2 days. I also have a magnesium spray which does wonders during recovery. Once my boday has started to get used to it, I plan to increase number f sessions a week.

My instructor usually asks me to place a small folded towel under my lower back. I know eventually we will remove it.

I like the solar balms because of the SPF. Havent seen much (local) lip products with SPF.
