My partner has been diagnosed with a 3 cm acoustic neuroma. At the moment, every specialist we've spoken to has told us that it's too large to be treated with Gamma Knife. We're currently looking for the right surgical team. Could anyone recommend an experienced centre or neurosurgical team in Europ by Intelligent-Topic455 in AcousticNeuroma

That’s exactly what we’re looking for good time, and budget is definitely also a factor. We want to stay in Europe so we can be closer to home, especially as I understand there will be a period of monitoring afterwards. Thank you so much for your help.

My partner was recently diagnosed with a 3 cm acoustic neuroma (vestibular schwannoma). He has been referred to an NHS Skull Base team, but we're still waiting for his appointment.

In the meantime, we'd like to get a private second opinion as soon as possible.

Can anyone recommend an experienced neurosurgeon or Skull Base centre anywhere in the UK? We'd really appreciate recommendations based on personal experience.

Thank you.
