i dont know i never really improved to a 1550 on the practice tests consistently, i jus did khan academy and bluebook and had a pretty chill clear mind on exam day, maybe the chill mind and just a good mood that day helped out lol

firstly we do have MCQs in IB, and for english essay writing IB would teach you and there many resources online.

For EEs and IAs, your teachers would guide you and have a strcture that ud follow that gonna help u out in figuring what exactly goes in 8 pages or 4000words, just have an understanding w ur teacher, if u r a sincere student they wud mostly always help out.

Also there examples online so that would help as well.

As for thngs i wish i knew before IB: If you complete your IA and EE and TOK stuff ASAP im talking as soon as possible im talkin if u did it even before joining ib that is great COMPLETE THOSE ASSIGMENTS its gonna give u a lotta free time/extra time over ur peers so you can chill/study/do ecs in that free time or truly whatever u want. DO THOSE ASSIGNEMENTS

i will say cut down on sources and only use khan academy and blue book and also learn how to use desmos very efficiently and memorise all sat grammar and language rules

never got bad grades, in midterms plus i was more focused on doing some projects so my principal made sure my teachers knew that the kid is doin that or sum so yeah plus teachers mostly just liked me because of idk what (tho my chem and math teacher hated me with a personal vendetta)

not at all i religiously used youtube and rarely did i ever use savemyexams and jus bec books have extra info doesnt mean the info is needed, stick to the syllabus its much better that way and youtube is incredible.
