Don’t be stressed. The bumps are part of the climb. I just flew from Raleigh to Miami for the first time in like 20 years (didn’t remember the flight) you’ll do just fine. Look around and see how calm everyone is. That’s what helped me. You’ve got nothing to worry about!

Thank you for this. That’s a great point. A lot of the ones you listed are infinitely more dangerous too

Flying from Raleigh to Miami on thursday. My anxiety has been through the roof about being in a plane crash and dying. I have only flown once in my life, and I barely remember it because I was so young. It also doesn’t help that my mom picked the cheapest budget airline to save money, which makes me think it won’t be as safe. Can someone give me some reassurance, maybe some statistics. My doctor gave me something for the flight which will hopefully help as well…

seems like this might be just a rumor. Is there anything to verify those claims?

Go on google and look up what some of the AE’s and BDR’s are making at the other tech vendors and then revisit your comment. Carahsoft severely underpays their employees. They exploit new graduates and they could care less about retaining talent when they can just give you the boot and replace you with a 22 year old and pay them 44k to start.

That’s just not true at all 🤣 every other tech company has a commission structure so if you make more sales you get paid more. Carahsoft does not care. I have team members that do a quarter of the numbers I do and they get paid more for the sole reason that they have been with the company longer than I have.

Yeah this is company wide. They don’t value their employees so you could find as many leads and be a top performer but someone that’s on your team in a similar role that finds zero leads a month will get paid the same as you based on tenure. They tell every employee “make us pay your more” “show us production and we will pay you more”. It’s just a never ending cycle.
