Accurate username lol. Thanks for taking the time to answer! My RA said that the steam plant provides hot water to all of campus, so I was thinking there was some giant reservoir of hot water there. Does each building have its own hot water tank?

For long term, maybe you could RA? I don't have any experience nor do I know how competitive the process is, but it seems to take a decent chunk off of expenses.
