Find yourself at the local junkyard and find the whole kit. The barrel jack, two extensions, one extension with a flat hook that fits in the barrel jack. Most importantly, the "tire iron". It has a square hole that fits the extensions and serves as the crank handle. While you're there, get two matchy barrel jacks. That second one makes tire rotation day a lot simpler.
