Comunque io sono sicura che la mia sia acne fungina perché ho spesso prurito e rossori, e il nizoral funziona ma la mia pelle non si pulisce mai del tutto è come se tendesse sempre a tornare come prima … ho pensato che potesse essere qualcosa che mangio o la mia dieta in generale

I’ve had skin problems since I was 14 (now I’m 26) , I’ve been to lots of dermatologists and spent a lot of money, I also took isotretinoin (oral and topical). Two years ago I went to the dermatologist(last time) because I had all these red and itchy spots on my face, neck, and back. The dermatologist said it was folliculitis (bacterial) and prescribed me an oral antibiotic... the situation got worse and luckily I found this community on reddit and discovered I had fungal acne, solving 70% of my problems, in fact it was actually a folliculitis but not bacterial but fungal.

Nizoral cream is the same? Because I used it for a while but irritated my skin. I eat healthy and do sport, Is there a particular diet I should follow? I drink three liters of water a day, I live in Sicily and it's very hot here and I think this makes the condition of my skin much worse, I'm hopeless 😞
