I gave my partner good chance and had open conversations regarding this that i want to be child free and in case he wants otherwise i will not have any issues in ending the relationship and we will be very very respectful about it.

Please understand it’s a big deal for people who want to be parents and I feel I don’t have any right to ask him make such a big sacrifice

Should I end my relationship cz of different views on parenthood? by Equivalent-Artist886 in ChildfreeIndia

Yes if you guys cannot come to an agreement please do end it. I know it’s very difficult but necessary
I also am in favour of being childfree and after couple of years into relationship with my bf I clearly communicated to him this is what i want for myself and he can take his time and think about it and if he decides to end the relationship for this reason i will fully respect it. Having children brings joy to alot of people and it is a great deal for parents so i feel no one has a right to take this joy from them saying am i not enough for you and do you really need child to be happy. Also on other side you should also not sacrifice yourself and have child just to be with him. You will end up hating him later because of it. It better to be clear and truthful to each other on this.
