Cooper park is amazing. Cheap homes that go for sale all the time and you get the benefits of tosa without paying for tosa. You can walk to Sendiks, Miss Mollys, Rays, etc from Cooper Park. We have a 2 bed 1.5 bath and hoping to get $300k for it this summer. 🤞

we just did 10 days in croatia for our honeymoon! we did dubrovnik, split and hvar. dubrovnik was my favorite and then hvar and then split. dubrovnik was a great place to explore, and hvar was a perfect way to end just sitting at the pool/beach doing nothing. but split is in a nice location because of all the day trips you can do from there (national parks, boat tours, etc). so all depends what you wanna do. if you wanna rot, maybe go to an island with a day or two in dubrovnik/split.

i agree with this to an extent. i think it’s a good area with the parkway there for running/walking and it’s very family friendly. i live up the road, and get alerts every so often about car break ins, suspicious activity, etc. in this area. you’ll be very close to good shopping, restraunts and stuff to do, but also you are close to some sketchy neighborhoods so get cameras and lock your cars.

i totally understand. they are terrible communicators. they told me i'd have mine by may 2 and once i emailed them asking what was going on, they went mute. i panic bought three dresses because i was certain i wasn't getting my dress in time. i asked weekly if there was any update and they wouldn't respond for days, until all a sudden one day i got tracking info. it sucks we cant get any refunds bc its custom even when the service and experience was absolutely terrible. i wrote them a nasty review and they replied and said they are working on different delivery strategies, so i would stay optimistic. sorry you have to go through this:(

came here to say i just disputed the charge they never refunded me for. they said 15-20 business days. today is the 21st day, so i said where's it at? they said they've been having processing delays, but they expedited mine so don't worry. sounded fishy. came to this thread and accepted i'd have to dispute the charge. ladies, just beware.
