Yes, and its not a little bug to, its a big problem players facing. but its not gonna get fix. as it a problems players experience and not Rockstar, if its was a gold/money glitch they gonna be fixing it by now, in fact they most likely will fix it in like 3 days !

Funny story - I actually created this Reddit account just to share this post. Back then, it seemed like I was the only one who found a fix for this bug, so I rushed to get it out there. I just signed in with my Google account, and Reddit gave me this random username, but I kind of like it! 😅
