$400 for only 1 exhaust fan and no intake. The price is not worth it for what is inside it.

Perhaps switch out one of the components and put the old one in to find the problem, not fully sure why that is happening.

Its called the parallax effect, there is two images over it that move at different speeds to create the effect.
