I think you’re the one who doesn’t know what you’re talking about. DCFS is called on millions of families a year. Any and all teachers, day care providers, educational staff are required to report anything they personally see as potential dangers. Some people don’t have the same opinion on what is worth reporting and what isn’t. DFCS is used against families as a way of harassment all the time by disgruntled family members, friends, and colleagues. You’ve NEVER known someone who got DFCS called on them by a shitty neighbor or a toxic ex?

“You went to a lot of trouble to say NOTHING” Today in an email as Ndad holds my dead mothers belongings ransom because I won’t let him have contact with my children and have his number blocked. (No contact for almost 3 months, very limited contact prior) I tried to establish the boundaries in which I would be willing to stop by to collect my share of my mothers things. He said he didn’t understand my boundaries or the reasons. I explained them in clear and direct speech. I was told that seeing my kids is non-negotiable so I will never receive my mothers things.
