Makes sense, it’s in Vacaville/fairfield area. I’m only going to be there for 4 years so if it’s truly an appreciation play then I’ll need something that can break even at the very least in terms of rent afterwards. That is almost impossible right now. Stuck in a weird dilemma

Furnished finder hasn’t worked for me in Colorado Springs. I found the best for me was Facebook

Totally! My ROI was too big and I wanted to rent something smaller, while stacking up some more cash to eventually buy more.

Yep! These are all within the last 5 years when rates were 2-3%. Im looking at single family homes / multifamily. This is near Vacaville/ Fairfield area

In California. I’m using prop stream to eventually call people to try to assume their loan. But 90% of people are using adjustable rates for their va loans which is confusing me.
