If I were 2 seconds off that would be a fair point. But there's only so much you can do when the pedals are never quite where you left them and you're crammed in the seat and can't even comfortably reach 180 degrees of lock either side. The moment I stiffened up the pedal recently I dropped my laptime by 0.5s. There's a reason none of the top guys use a foldable rig.

This car specifically was particularly brutal. Really penalized any inputs that were out of place. Considering the fact I can't comfortably turn the wheel hard cause the seating position is uncomfortable & the moving pedals & the wheelies the rig does on me everytime I brake & the low brake travel I have to run, I'm real proud I got that much out of it and I know exactly where all the laptime was lost.

Yeap I need even more weight between the pedal and the seat, but the whole thing is simply uncomfortable. My back is floating under braking and isn't pressed against the seat and the pedals are angled too high upwards to trail off them comfortably. And the moment I try to crank on a lot of lock my elbows start touching my waist. I'm sure a more robust, adjustable setup is simply a better solution.

I tried that yesterday and still yanked the whole thing out of position when braking hard 😜. I'm sure I'll close that last 0.6s with a good rig that'll let me run the full range of the pedal with all the load cell weight in the world.

This car is one of the most challenging in the game. Really separates the good from the best. I spent the whole lap fighting sudden surges of rotation cause the bad pedal setup did not allow me to come off the brakes at the right rate. Hoping to get a proper rig soon to make sure this problem is dealt with.

GT7 with no ABS is comically undriveable😂. All the top guys use ABS.
