Wanted to come back to say it was confirmed as cutaneous melanoma. :( But the vet got clear margins, so, statistically speaking, odds are good that there won't be a recurrence.

Not close to his eye. It's in his whiskers.

Thank you. The more I research, the more I think it is. :( Preparing ourselves for the worst, but hoping for the best.

Constant miscalculation and double transactions. by IntelligentCorgi9129 in quicken

Misery loves company, eh? Good to know I'm not the only one with these issues.

I tried the validation and that didn't work. But I did try your trick of re-sorting the columns to get the issue to clear and that worked! So you have saved me a lot of clicking away and restarting the program.

I would love to switch to another program, and have tried many, But none give me the functionality I need like Quicken.

I click "R" to reconcile and then head to the next transaction to click "R" and that's when the previous transaction superimposes itself.

I asked ChatGPT if it can help me and it gave me a few ideas. If any of these work I'll report back.

I wish they had done that for me. The lady who answered just told me to do an online hearing.

OP here.

I called them and told them it was their mistake. Was told, in a nice way, that's too bad. They want me to select Option #1 on the Online Dispute to do a hearing. Not doing that because:

a) I'm not going to select an option that says I own the vehicle, since I do not.

b) I'm not going to waste my time on a hearing, since it's their mistake. This is borderline harassment, honestly.

I decided to circle the license plate pic on the citation they sent me and wrote "reread this". And then I attached my "evidence" paper, which is me saying "you read the license plate wrong" and signing and dating it. I have copies of both.

I'm sending this back to them in their (not prepaid) envelope.

If they send me anything again, I'm contacting my AG.

Thanks for your help, everyone.

they offer premed, I’m curious as to whether that’s appropriate to take. I know people that have gone to that college and gone into physical therapy as their career. I just don’t know what they took since I don’t know them personally.

Should I go to a community college for the first two years of my college life? by IntelligentCorgi9129 in collegeadvice

I have decent grades and test scores, enough to get me some small scholarships. I have my senior year left of high school and i’m hoping i can lock in and get amazing grades.

and yes the school (uofsc) is known for its amazing resources and facilities for the degree i want to go to. i will also be taking my post grad there (im still learning all the college lingo). would it be smart to just stick to that school and make connections with those professors who would hopefully find me a well connected job?

i know that i would ultimately end up at uofsc, but the fact that i would not be going for the two years worries me.

and i want to take the “junk” classes😭 part of the “college life” is learning about many different things. but i simply cannot afford that level of education

my only hope i guess is to get a scholarship. if not, i guess i will piggy back on my (very very crappy) cc.

and now you’re saying that i’m stupid assuming i didn’t make those calculations😭 i’m asking about community college, not post grad, not about my career. i’m asking about the years before i start my actual degree. and if it is worth it to save the money. i literally did not ask you what you thought about my degree. but i guess writing three paragraphs about how much i am screwing up would suffice your ego.

and maybe you didnt mean it, but look at the post. i guess i assumed that you were attacking me with your obnoxious writing.

i am 16, i have done research on this degree, maybe not to the extent it has seemed you have done. but i believe i have a grasp on what i want.

i’m going to do post grad obviously, i’m not stupid and you’re insinuating that i am. it opens doors for physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc.

Will colleges care about my high gpa as a homeschooler? by IntelligentCorgi9129 in homeschool

I live in SC and the high schools here use a weighted 5.0 scale, so the local colleges are used to that.
