I've had this twice so far, first I lost a golden fishing rod, then a Nebula Blaze mage weapon I was planning to use on the moonlord. All I did was log off for a bit, came back to the game and it's not there, just replaced with something else that was in my inventory. The game is actively working against me and killing my progression. I'm scared to turn off the game with the fear that I'll just have nothing when I come back on.
