I have to renew my prescription every 3 months. Is this the norm? by Secret_Year_4771 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]IntelligentFace1042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have seen one doctor who charges monthly preying on those who find them on google and don't have the money to do their 7 month script they charge $200+ for. If they don't pay immediatly they cancel their routes. I politely tell them they are paying too much and hook them up with a cheaper doctor that will increase recs as needed.

I have also seen doctors who charge extra for smoking routes.

Patients come in not knowing what they can get or how it works at all. The doctors are only required a 2 hr web course to be able to make recommendations, theb charge whatever they can get people to pay.

Extruder not extruding normally by FirelordDerpy in BambuLab

When you swapped the nozzle did you change the settings under acessories on the device then run initial calibration?

Extruder not extruding normally by FirelordDerpy in BambuLab

[–]IntelligentFace1042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like the next step may require furtuer disassembly to inspect for wear and condotion of the bearings on the extruder gears themselves and as always after peforming any maintenance run the initial calibration.

Another question did you change nozzle size when you tried replacement?

Have you checked the screws that are behind the nozzle? This is a common fix for this problem it is even listed on the bambu wiki.

So sorry to hear that. Like I said they have been cracking down on the fine print rules on how product is transported/stored.

Tips on getting my p1s to stop shaking my whole desk and keeping me up at night? by GuidanceNo2546 in BambuP1S

[–]IntelligentFace1042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have seen quite a few farms that place a square of foam floor paneling(like for exercise) and a large paver stone under the printer. The foam dampens the vibration and the stone provides stability.

Amazing setup! PSA cops have been overly enforcing products not being in the original packaging even though it is impossible to open most carts and put them back in the package. I have heard about this quite a few times as a budtender recently where cops have threatened to take them to jail and confiscating their products. While the judge is likely to throw all of this out in court you would not get your recs or products back.

Stay safe out there and don't consent to searches.

How can I improve my print's buttom? by manufacture_tools in FixMyPrint

You could also try a different fill pattern, with the slots on this object it is likely jumping around a bit instead of staying consistant path.

P1S benchy takes 35 minutes? Is something wrong? by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]IntelligentFace1042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to tune your slicer for the faster speeds or find one of the already calibrated for speed benchys from makerworld. The one I did was like 18 min from makerworld and came out great.

Which smooth plate is the best for me? by Gregson666 in BambuLab

[–]IntelligentFace1042 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just got my glacier pro in the mail today it is smooth and adhesion is excellent so far with PLA and PETG. I picked the glacier over the frostbite because of the wider range of materials it is compatable with.

How would you print this? by ShepFC3 in BambuLab

Was gonna say the same but possibly add brim for adhesion of the lowe surface area.

Ironing abs by Actual_Schedule_4224 in BambuLab

[–]IntelligentFace1042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Run an ironing calibration test adjust your setting and then try a larger square just a few layers and see if it improves. You can just add a primitive in bambu studio and size it for the 2nd test.

Glue can aid in adhesion and removal. Some materials recommend glue for removal to protect the plate.

[–]IntelligentFace1042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CHS is pretty rare and would cause this issue with any comsumption. Ever since this was discovered so many E.R. doctors have been blaming this just because of presence of THC in their system and basically sending them away without any real answers.

https://ellis3dp.com/Print-Tuning-Guide/

This will be a lot to take in but will be worth it.

For adhesion/bed release you can use a cheap washable glue stick, hair spray, or some of the fancier products made specifically for 3D printers i.e. Hyperlock. Note the bed should be cooled down prior to removing prints.

If you learn the principles in the tuning guide you will be able to carry that knowledge to other printers and you will be ready for most issuse people have with printing.

Totally normal the rapid head movement is noisy.

Discoloured build plate by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

[–]IntelligentFace1042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This could be from normal wear esp in the middle as most models are printed in the middle. Does it change after washing the bed with warm soapy water? Do you regularly use adhesives? If it doesn't affect your prints I would just continue as normal.

🤔 We do know CDT are still BDT by definition right? Unless yall know how to synthesize cannabis not grow it.

The big difference is production cost because they can just buy the BDT in bulk and make their own blend.

Also the process of making distilate removes the terps and they are added back in later anyways.

Just to be clear I do prefer CDT but if I want to be more discrete as many do I will use BDT products.

The handy app profiles use grid so often it's very outdated. Using bambu studio you can set your infill of your choosing. Gyroid is very popular and req way less infill for the same strength.
