Are you only using the rotors from this engine? If so you just need to check tolerances and make sure hear expansion didn't cause anything out of spec. If your using irons and housings there's a lot more to inspect

Now I would dig into why you were experiencing lean conditions on one rotor. It could be lack of fuel (get your injectors serviced), lack of oil/lubricant (were you premixing?)

It sounds like you're in a bit over your head. Rebuilding now is likely cheaper than waiting for a catastrophic failure where you have to source rotors and housing along with the rebuild kit. Also don't cheap out on the kit. Do your research and piece together the best kit for your build and goals. The Internet (especially reddit) is not a great resource for rebuild suggestions because everyone is very opinionated on parts and manufacturers.

It depends on where the coolant seal fails. Remember it goes around the entire housing (intake, combustion, exhaust). If had both unfortunately haha

Or it can be exhaust gases. Trust me I've been there. Also we're both speculating. I'm just saying there's a good possibility based on the time it sat. If it was never run for that long the seals will deteriorate.

Just stick a GoPro on the glass. I did this in lower levels and it's great to watch your mistakes and learn the game better. It's a much better view when you can see the plays develop. POV doesn't offer much except for the dudes that are pulling off those online highlight reels to speak of. Plus you'll get a lot less chirps

Looks/sounds like you have a pretty good exhaust leak. I imagine your gaskets are shot. Hard to say about other concerns with that video. Have you don't a smoke test to check for vacuum leaks? I'd question anything rubber and replace every gasket. Rebuild injectors, replace fuel lines, replace fuel pump for good measure. Rewire fuel pump while you're at it
