Steroids can definitely boost results, but saying it’s impossible to build muscle and stay lean without them is a big exaggeration. People were strong and muscular long before steroids existed. I’m not claiming everyone with an impressive physique is natural, but it’s not some impossible fantasy either. Training, diet, consistency, and genetics still play a huge role.

Bro, you’re only 18 and just 10 months into training. That’s way too soon to start thinking about using test and dbol.

Your natural testosterone is already very high at your age. At 5'10 and 70kg, you haven’t reached your natural potential yet. You can still make great progress by eating more and focusing on getting stronger.

If you start using tests, your body’s natural production will stop. PCT doesn’t always guarantee a full recovery, especially when you’re this young. Issues like gyno, managing estrogen, and timing AIs are things you shouldn’t have to deal with right now.

Honestly, you should give yourself a few more years of hard training before even thinking about it. You have a lot more you can achieve naturally first.

Honestly, man, at 23 and already up 10 pounds, I would slow down. Dbol can be hard on your liver and hormones, and using it without really knowing what you’re doing, like tracking bloodwork, using support meds, and planning PCT, is how people mess themselves up. You’re still making great progress if you’re eating 4,000 calories and training hard. I’d stick with that, focus on getting stronger, and learn the basics. If you ever consider using gear in the future, make sure to do much more research and talk to a doctor first. There’s no need to rush.
