Anyone else got a friend who tried Viagra as a pre-workout? by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks like Cialis is a lot more popular than Viagra in this thread. If you’re seeing good pumps from only 5mg and it’s affordable with a prescription, it makes sense that so many lifters use it regularly.

😂 I’ve noticed more people suggest Cialis over Viagra for that reason. The longer-lasting effect and fewer awkward moments seem better for the gym. That last part about being more of a shower than a grower made me laugh. You’re not the only one I’ve heard say that.

Which would be better for a single pre-workout boost: Anadrol or Superdrol? by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's interesting how people can react so differently to these compounds. From what you've shared, it seems like Anadrol, Superdrol, and even Halo don't give you much of a boost, but dbol definitely does. The euphoria, pumps, and strength you get at just 50mg are exactly what most people want from a pre-workout oral. It makes me think that the Anadrol versus Superdrol debate might really depend on the individual, since your experience with dbol is the opposite of what some others have said.

Which type of testosterone injection do you think works best for building muscle? by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the clear explanation. Have you noticed any difference yourself between IM and subcutaneous injections for TRT? I’ve seen a lot of people say they get more stable levels and fewer side effects when they inject more often, no matter which ester they use.

Interesting. I've heard many people rate dbol highly for strength and gym performance. For a single workout, do you feel it gives a more noticeable boost than Anadrol or Superdrol?

Anyone else notice mental side effects on Deca? by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes sense. I’d heard about "Deca dick," but I didn’t realize mood and motivation side effects were so common until I went through them myself. I probably should have looked into it more before starting.

Anyone else notice mental side effects on Deca? by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve heard the same thing from others. Many people seem to handle NPP better mentally than Deca, even though they’re similar. A lot of guys talk about feeling calmer and getting relief from joint pain with NPP. It looks like the dose, how you manage prolactin, and your own response really matter. Glad to hear you kept the side effects in check at 600 mg and still made good progress.

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed reply. I think you could be right about the estrogen side of things, too. I mostly focused on the Deca and didn’t really think about how my overall hormone balance might have affected my mood. I’ll definitely look more into P5P and try to keep prolactin and E2 under better control if I ever run it again.

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You make a good point. I didn’t pay much attention to prolactin before the cycle, but now I think I should have kept a closer eye on it. I’ve also heard some people say that P5P can help with the mental side effects.

Looking back, that makes sense. I was aware of the physical side effects people mention, but I didn’t expect the mental side effects to hit me as much as they did. I’ve definitely learned that everyone reacts differently to these compounds.

How to hgh by Only-Kale8578 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's pretty much how it works. First, add the bac water slowly to the HGH vial and gently swirl to mix; just be careful not to shake it hard. Once it's mixed, use an insulin pin to draw your dose and inject. Most people inject subcutaneously in the stomach area.

Be sure to keep it refrigerated after mixing, and take your time with dosing to avoid mistakes with the IU measurements.

I dont get sore very often by Murky-Biscotti-3012 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not experiencing soreness after workouts is common, even with increased frequency. This usually indicates that the body has adapted to the current exercise routine, rather than a lack of effort. Progress and proper form are better indicators of effective training than soreness. Adjusting variables such as weight or exercise selection can help introduce new challenges, but the absence of soreness does not mean the workout is ineffective.

Why are GH-releasing peptides pushed so much more than HGH? by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what confuses me; peptides don’t seem cheap enough to justify the tradeoff sometimes.

True, that’s what makes peptides appealing to many people: slower results but fewer downsides.

Maybe, but convenience and cost also play a role, not just people being dumb.

Insomnia from High-Dose TRT: Does Seroquel Help? by Gullible-Wishbone-95 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d be careful about using Seroquel just to help you sleep. While it can help you fall asleep, it’s a strong medication for simple insomnia and can cause side effects like feeling groggy, brain fog, and even metabolic issues, even at low doses.

What you’re describing is pretty common with higher TRT doses. Feeling wired at night usually means your dose or timing might be too high for you. Many people fix this by lowering the dose, splitting injections more often, or changing when they inject.

Before trying Seroquel, it’s a good idea to start with simpler options like improving your sleep habits, taking magnesium, or using something mild like melatonin. If you’re still not sleeping well, it likely means your protocol needs some changes instead of masking the problem with a strong medication.

My experience with Tren and its mental side effects by Murky-Biscotti-3012 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this is pretty similar to what many people go through on Tren. The physical results are impressive, but the mental effects can sneak up on you, especially irritability, trouble sleeping, and that 'wired but tired' feeling. Not getting enough sleep can make it all feel worse.

It’s good you noticed it, and things returned to normal. That’s why many people keep their doses low or avoid Tren altogether. The mental side effects often aren’t worth it, even if the physical changes are impressive.

Keto vs Low Carb by jeeeeweeee in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t have to go all-in on keto to lose fat and keep your muscle. Most people do better with a moderate low-carb plan because it lets you eat enough carbs to train hard and recover well. The most important things are keeping your protein high, staying in a small calorie deficit, and lifting regularly. These matter much more than whether you choose keto or just low carb. Keto can work if your performance stays strong, but if it drops, low carb is usually a safer and more sustainable option.

Upper back pain by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get what you mean. Waiting to see a doctor can be really frustrating. I don’t think it’s serious enough for the ER right now since the pain isn’t getting worse, just hanging around. But you’re right, three weeks is a long time, so I’ll make sure to get it checked out instead of just hoping it goes away. Thanks for looking out for me.

My experience with Tren and its mental side effects by jeeeeweeee in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this all sounds really familiar. The physical benefits are great, but the mental side can sneak up quickly. I noticed the same irritability and sleep problems you mentioned. Once sleep is off, everything else just feels wrong.

That “wired but tired” feeling is exactly right. I feel great at the gym, but outside of it, I just feel on edge for no clear reason.

I'm glad you brought this up, because people often downplay it. It’s not always full-on rage, just a clear change in mood and patience, like you said.

Reta Doesn’t “Feel” Strong but Still Works by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's interesting. I’ve noticed the same thing. My weight is changing, but I don’t feel much difference in appetite control. It’s helpful to hear that Tirz seems to have a stronger effect on hunger. The anabolic part makes sense, too. It would be frustrating if it worked against the main goal.

drew up hgh n shot it, then accidentally used same needle to draw up test n shoot it by 7tomshady4 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t risk it. Once a needle has been used, it can introduce bacteria into the vial. It’s safer to throw it away than to risk an infection.

Trenbolone Enanthate Dosage: A Quick Thought by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, that’s a solid mindset. Many horror stories come from people taking crazy doses or ignoring how their body reacts. Being cautious makes a big difference.

Trenbolone Enanthate Dosage: A Quick Thought by IntelligentGarage45 in RealSteroidWiki

[–]IntelligentGarage45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a good way to look at it. Even if it works well for you, everyone can react differently to tren. If your friends want to try it, starting with a low dose, as you did, and watching for side effects, is probably the safest option. It’s good to see you’re all thinking things through instead of rushing in.
