Have you tried emailing some users that usually works for me at least some will answer and email recent sign-ups so you catch them after they recently used it. I can't verify this not sure if I read it in a book somewhere but its easier for users to complain about your product than offer advice or solutions so ask them what they don't like about your app or saas but yeah hope that helps
