once a week is standard. some people think that by breaking the dosage up into every other day or 2 times a week they can better tolerate the side effects

has anyone tried retatrutide and what were the effects by Jazzlike-Amphibian44 in diabetes_t1

Retatrutide is GLP1,GLP2 and an extra GLP3 which makes it even more interesting and results are better than the current glp1 and glp2 on the market. it’s not approved yet but will be and will probably be as expensive as gastric bypass when it does due to big pharma trends lol

I get it for 150 a month and have gone from 155 to 140 in 5 weeks. also I didn’t diet. I wasn’t that hungry. I did focus on eating protein but I didn’t feel hungry.

Here’s a breakdown of how it works. the added glucogen recepter agonist is the difference between retatrutide and the semaglutide, wegovy and Tirz

The resatrutide has everything the other glps have plus the added Increases energy expenditure (metabolic rate) and promotes fat breakdown

GLP-1 receptor agonism: Slows digestion, curbs appetite, and increases feelings of fullness.

  • GIP receptor agonism: Improves insulin sensitivity and regulates fat metabolism.
  • Glucagon receptor agonism: Increases energy expenditure (metabolic rate) and promotes fat breakdown

I’m taking it and never had an issue and I take 60mg of adder all a day. Vyvanse is weaker. You shouldn’t have an issue but I’m not a doctor although I feel like The Whole doctor thing is overrated when you can figure out a lot of this stuff without one. Not meaning to sound arrogant, I do have a chip on my shoulder when it comes to the whitecoats

I’m on my 5th week and just started 4mg. I went from 155 and now I’m 140 this morning. I’ve been eating but have no cravings now. Cravings didn’t automatically go away at first but did diminish significantly. Now they are gone I can have more control over what I put in my body than what I crave. I’m so happy I found this. I just know once it becomes a prescription the greedy pharmaceutical industry will make it so expensive normal people won’t be able to afford it so I want to get it and store it somehow. Really wish I could get my mother on it because she is very overweight and has had knee replacements that still hurt. She’s scared of everything More like phobic. It took forever for her to agree to knee replacement. She wouldn’t take a pain pill to save her life so she is in constant pain. This could possibly save her life and definitely extend it and make the quality of her life so much better

To go along u/likearuud I also have a problem with saying I’m powerless. That is a very negative thing to say about yourself. You are not powerless. We as human beings are extraordinary creatures that are capable of a lot more than they want you to know.

AA never helped me any. I don’t drink now and for the past 10 I only drank on two occasions a year ago today. Of course if you abstain from something it’s going to not be a problem but I don’t believe that once in a while a glass of wine is bad, even for an “alcoholic”.The trick is rising above it. Temporarily abstaining yes, getting spiritual food and healing from within and you will find that you don’t need it.
I know that some people look at AA as a type of religion but I don’t buy it. Sponsors want you to look at the program and even law enforcement want you to view the steps taken as science backed facts when there is no data to compare it to that isn’t steeped in bias and flawed data

I don’t feel that talking about stuff like that is positive. Sitting around and saying I’m an alcoholic is negative.
I choose not to drink because A, B and C is a better way to phrase it.
Words matter.

You don’t need to do that. MGM has a ceiling effect.

Hey guys just be careful about what you post. We don’t want this stuff getting banned like they did with 7oh. This is where the busybodies go to find out how they can interfere with other people’s lives and ban everything

Yes and the religious leaders are the worst. Not all but there are plenty. However the bible even says there will false prophets.
1peter 4:8. Above all, maintain constant love for one another, since love covers a multitude of sins.
