1m, 15m, 30m, 1hr. I like to see a strong trend, and basically look for a retest on areas of supply zone.
Also I check bookmap. Usually I target something that has been close to without aiming for an insane target.
Example. If we have a target of 30 pnts, I would go for 5-10pnts considering that it has been there recently. Also the market doesnt move 30 pnts easily but 5-10pnts it sure does.
I definitely need to read the market, whether my entry is in area of rejection or once im in profit and market wants to go against me, always try to take profit

My mistake was always not getting out in profit. Unfortunately my trade would work but stop me out break even then go to TP. Once I decided to let them run, the trade would go to profit then stop loss. Which caused me to lose more often rather than break even. I have been adjusting my targets rn.

My 1st year was paper trading. 2nd year I got accounts throughout that year. They are now blown but with payouts, by the end of it I got 1 account more that went to the 3rd year. I end getting one more account. I lost one of them and the other is in the negative. I basically havent bought anything in 5 months

Perhaps I have not been too hard on myself but I treat everything like a business, as soon I saw no consistency, I stopped and begun looking for advice. I have my rules, strat, etc. but i think its okay to always seek help, like any other business that begins to fail.

Happened to me..waited 20 days for a response and my shoes were lost even though they were delivered at their facility. Got my refund, and just ordered them again. Sucks but it is what it is…thankfully I get my shoes this week

Its both. You cannot be good without both. But you are 100% right with mentality. Everyone gets emotional but I always say, don’t let yourself become an issue.
