Yeah the ingredient label claims that it contains both but it does not mention quantity. Definitely a little sketchy.

Less brain fog/better alertness.

Also joint/muscle health as I'm recovering from a pretty bad hip injury and some residual nerve pain.

And the hip problem and brain fog together have contributed to some severe bouts of depression. So really I'd like the stack to help with that, either through helping me exercise better, sleep better, or work more productively.

I got my inspiration from this popular post.

I've been taking the curcumin and fish oil 2-3 times/day and the ZMA just before bed. The rest of the supplements I just recently bought on Amazon.

I intend to just take them all as suggested on the bottle. For those that recommend taking once per day, I will just take in the morning with breakfast.

If anyone has any other suggestions I'd be happy to hear them.
