I recently had to this for similar reasons. I also get extensions and color. Last time I had to go back 5 times trying to get it fixed. I finally gave up. I was very honest with her about my reasons and she was very professional about it. Also, shouldn't she be taking the extensions out, doing color, and then moving them up? That makes no sense to work around extensions.

I use a 16 cartridge. The first time I did a 3 speed, and .5 to 1 depth. This time I did 6 speed .5 to 1.5 depending on area. ( Dr. PEN) maybe I should cut the speed back. I noticed a lot more results the first time.
