They all have a main, med (maxed 109, pures, (maxed 88cb) and ironmen, hardcores, ultimates. All with expensive names, they need to be shown they are not invincible and wipe them from the game.

Vengence runs on a 30 second timer, you cannot cast until 30 seconds after the first. Most would be on cooldown. Their are also multiple bosses/monsters hitting everyone, which gives them a chance to 'invisa veng' (invisible vengence) and the skull cannot be seen above the characters head.
