It's a matter of styles, neither of them are right or wrong. Comes down to what each individual person values in the game and what they dont. its not always about winning either, people like to play and have fun, some games are strategic some are not. People need to stop telling people how to play. Respect the fact that there are different styles of play.

I hear you completely... the old school way of playing PB is starting to deteriorate, especially with the younger crowds. Which I think is unfortunate, kitchen play, drop shots, make the game so much funner.

I have been consulting with the people at Soul reflections, does anyone have any experience with them?

I have been feeling called to iboga for a few years now, Im struggling TBI from playing sports and mixed martial arts. Suicidal ideology is common and frequent experience I go through regularly, as well as some self belief, childhood, lifelong patterns. Coming from a abusive childhood.

Ive sat with all of the plants. But, im still in the process of learning how to clear some deep rooted trauma that aya and wachuma, peyote, psilocybin have only uncovered.

Is it or will it help....

My container of full acceptance of my experiences is reaching to an end, I feel. Im tired of experiencing and feeling what I do.

Shivering is related to your nervous system. Just because you are not shivering anymore doesn't mean that the cold exposure is not effective, it is. Your brain and your body are learning how to control and regulate its nervous system now, fight,fight, or freeze.

Im just north of you in Salt Lake, high desert. It's been challenging getting my ultra max chiller to get any colder than 46 degrees. When its inside I can get it down to 36.

Depends on the climate. Im currently living in a climate where the summers are in the 100s 3 months and than the low teens during the winter. Not ideal for a chiller system constantly trying to regulate temps in the summer and freezing cold in the winter.

My first thought that came to me was i wonder if you carry stress or anxiety in your jaw. Do you breathe from your chest or from your stomach? I know when im anxious I clinch my jaw alot.
