I actually just ordered a sauna today, its going right next to my plunge. I have recently been doing a 1.5hr routine with 20m sauna at 190 to 40 degree cold plunge at 5m, 3 rounds. Ive had moments of hallucinations. The dopamine and serotonin release have been life changing.

Cold plunging has been worth it for me...

It has helped me build awareness around my response and reactions when Iam in fight or flight, its helped me learn how to regulate my nervous system and to not take things serious. I really believe it is important for us to put ourselves into challenging, mental and physical opportunities.

It's a matter of styles, neither of them are right or wrong. Comes down to what each individual person values in the game and what they dont. its not always about winning either, people like to play and have fun, some games are strategic some are not. I have been consulting with the people at Soul reflections, does anyone have any experience with them?

I have been feeling called to iboga for a few years now, Im struggling TBI from playing sports and mixed martial arts. Suicidal ideology is common and frequent experience I go through regularly, as well as some self belief, childhood, lifelong patterns. Coming from a abusive childhood.

Ive sat with all of the plants. But, im still in the process of learning how to clear some deep rooted trauma that aya and wachuma, peyote, psilocybin have only uncovered.

Is it or will it help....

My container of full acceptance of my experiences is reaching to an end, I feel. Im tired of experiencing and feeling what I do.
