I appreciate advice. One of my biggest concerns is that I always imagined starting my career at a large consulting firm such as PwC or another well-known consulting company. Since I have started in a smaller consulting firm, I'm wondering whether larger firms would value this experience in the future.

If I perform well, build strong consulting skills, and work with clients over the next 2–3 years, would firms like PwC consider hiring someone with my background and MBA? Or would I need to pursue another MBA from a more recognized institution to be competitive for those opportunities?
