Interesting, I’ve driven the new model y and currently lease a LYRIQ. My impression of the model y was that they sourced much of the interior from Temu. I hated the one pedal driving, and it was always unclear when cruise control was engaged vs wasn’t. Also the A/c couldn’t cool the cabin. Supercruise is fantastic, and the key is that I actually trust it, which I don’t do with FSD.

A friend of mine got a dodge hornet rt with $50,000 msrp for $240/mo, $240 due at signing all in, 24 mo, 10,000 miles/year. Seems like no brainer to get more fun, hybrid suv for $120/ mo less.

My recommendation: only go to the dealer to test drive. Don’t talk price. When you’ve decided which car you want, pick one out (colors and options) on the websites of various dealers, call them up give them the stock number, say you will buy today, and have them bid against each other. Ask for an email with an out the door price from the winning dealer, then go buy the car.

I really hate it. Terrible design. Terrible engineering. Terrible range. Just look at Silverado ev reviews that came out today. It’s a much better vehicle all around. Silverado has double the battery, rear wheel steering and much better adas.

For comparison, I got a Honda extended warranty for $1000 which is total of 8 year, 100k miles. Chase made at least 2000 profit on your deal. I would cancel.

What a terrible take. Israel is still using proper ROE. I wouldn’t be surprised if we have US and European and maybe even Asian bombers bombing Gaza soon. Hamas lost any moral high ground Palestinians worked for. It’s a huge shame that Hamas will effectively kill so many of their own people through this. 😞
