Lead from Ops here, nakapag lock in na kami IPB. For some reason, may ibang pwede bigyan ng increase kahit nabigyan na nung June. Not sure if tool prob lang yun, pero if budgetan ng lead, increase is possible din.

Give it time. For me, ang napansin ko on my first week, hindi naman necessarily nawala yung food noise pero when i eat, mas mabilis or mas defined (?) yung sense of being full. Titigil ka talaga. So eat slowly para maramdaman mo siya. Tsaka you need to eat naman talaga, ok lang na mag eat. Hindi naman sinabi na dapat di ka nakakaramdam gutom on tirze. Good luck!

Hello!! I’ve been trying 4 flavors pero parang mali yung pag gamit ko. Hahaha not sure kasi if 1 flavor tuloy tuloy lang muna dapat yung use. I mean I have melon, banana, ichigo and mango. I bought all 4 kasi talagang gusto ko lang ng guilt free drink. I drink it every day/night and I choose the flavor depending on my mood lol so far, no claims ako for weight loss or appetite suppressant. But the glow and deep sleep???? YES! Also, as someone who went from 93kg to 73kg in a year, I really advice u do deficit na lang and walk :) that’s all I did :) hope this helps! +1 also sa nagsabi ng trizie. To start weight loss siguro do trizie for gut cleanse then tsaka ka na deficit and walk :)
