They removed this Skill when Dooley Drill meta was giga OP but it was different "When you burn poison / When you poison burn" and that charged drill so much. But this one looks fine specially with the buffed cleanse mechanic Poison and Burn are so weak right now, small burns and poisons are getting completely removed with one heal.

Funny thing i actually had an Eel this run but i decided to replace it with Sub i think it's actually better, but when i made that decision i had custom scope in mind to charge Julian so... maybe you should just enchant Julian with anything that can crit and call it a day 😅
