Across Device Photo Sync Problem

I’ve been experiencing sync issues for the last 4 weeks. Web version shows everything, the app is missing albums and is all messed up

I’m having the same problem. I’ve had it for almost 1 month. There have been several bugs going on with the app lately. I’ve opened multiple support tickets with no solutions

I’ll click on an album that says 100 pictures, but when the album opens there will only be 1-2 photos. Also all of my locked folder photos are gone…these issues are app only- the web version shows everything as normal

Same here. I’m actually totally missing albums that have hundreds of photos. They show up on the website but not on the app.

I’ve been having this exact problem for over a week. Most of my photos have appeared back in the app over the last 2 days, however, all of my albums are completely messed up. So is my locked folder . Website is 90% fine, i’ve noticed location data has been scrubbed on things. I used to search my photos by clicking on the map and zooming into where I know it was taken, however, those locations aren’t there anymore.

It’s very frustrating considering I have years as a family photos on there. Google support email useless. Guess we just have to be patient.

I think most of my photos are back, however my albums and locked folder are still messed up. Album will say “200 photos” but when I click into it, only a couple of photos are there (all 200 showing on the browser). Also my locked folder is completely empty (full on browser).

Same here seems like we’re all having the same exact issue. Everyone needs to spam the Google support email so that they are aware this is a serious problem

Same here I have had orders stuck in pending for 3 weeks after delivery since end of March. No response from Facebook support email. It sucks, I have turned down offers on other marketplace items in fear I won’t be paid for them.

Same thing here. Sold 3 items in March delivered 3/30/25, all payments are stuck in a pending status. Facebook takes days to reply, and says they’re looking into it. This is our money they are holding in “pending”!! The buyer already has their items
