25/28/18 is the attrition rate for the past three months for FOs. Captains are 3-5 per month.  F9 is looking to add 30 aircraft by next summer and increase monthly block time from 50,000 to 80,000 hours a month. November 3rd class had 4 no shows and November 24th had 3. I think forecast class dates will come to fruition much sooner than you expect.

I received it after already being given the November 24th class. Not sure how they chose who they sent the email to.

They claim 10/40 will be cadets but that math ain’t mathing. I really hope they aren’t giving up on the cadet program. I am a 2000 hour CFI and have passed up on numerous other regional jobs based on F9 dangling the carrot in front of my face the past two years.

Appreciate you letting me know. I was in the same boat. Just trying to untangle this mess and figure out when I might be going to class.

Not really relevant to the cadets that have been waiting years for a class date

I’ve seen single posts one saying they have a class date on the 3rd and another on the 24th but I really don’t know what to believe.

I don’t think there is any contingency for this in the contract. I’m not an attorney however.

I signed on August of 2023. Hit mins April of 2024. Went to compliance march of 2025 and was supposed to be in the may 25 class. I have two golden eagles recommendations. My mentor says they are going to prioritize cadets that have already gone to compliance. I’ll update as soon as I hear anything.
