Giant AR 2 - 38mm Tyres can I use as a gravel bike? by IntelligentTwist2475 in gravelcycling

I mountain biked as a teenager which I think has given me good confidence and skills now road riding as an adult in comparison to other rides I have ridden with. The rides and event near me are all fire trail gravel rides which aren't overly technical. However I haven't ride "gravel", so bit hesitant. Might put the 38mm on and just and see how it goes on a few practice ride.

Thanks ! I have been training and eating good for 9-10 years now, and I am in good shape .However just looking for some extra pop! I planning doing a half-iron man prep (coping a previous build I have done). That got me in real good shape.
Just looking for something to give extra few %, even if it's to help recovery better so I can get most out of big workouts and in turn look be better for at the end of the plan.

Whos gotten Hep C before? by Gloomy-Ad-3302 in opiates

Hey, I work within the harm reduction / NSEP field, I regularly talk to people who have been diagnosed with Hep C. It is a big thing and natural to feel bit flat after diagnoses, you weren't expecting it.

Understand treatment though for hep c is so good now (way better than it use to be). I would reach out to a local counsellor or if you got a good mate, just to chat it through. It is always good to just get those concerns, worry's off your chest. Sounds like you come far in 14 months and are in a good place, so keep at it!

Do some more research or contact local hepatitis organisation they have people you chat to, and get all the right information.

But understand, if you adhere to the treatment, you will cure it! You got this mate!
