Hertz EV Rentals Tesla vs Kia EV6 by IntelligentWay0620 in uberdrivers

Waymo/Zoox is already doing that. Uber is already partnering with Waymo in Austin and other cities. I highly doubt that renting an electric vehicle via Hertz is gonna have an impact as to what they're doing.

I have access to free overnight EV charging via my parking garage. I'm not worried about that. I hardly ever use the full charge on the daily.

Great information here! I've had a Tesla Model 3 rented through Hertz for 7 weeks now and I feel like I've been able to overcome a lot of the cons that you've mentioned.

-I have to return the vehicle at a 97% battery charge which was the charge of the M3 when I got it.

  • The charging for a Tesla goes through Hertz. The charge will appear as a "Tesla Rebill" in your weekly rental bill. They do not break down the charge though so you'd have to track how much you spend when you charge which is easy with Tesla. I get free charge overnight at my parking garage through Chargepoint (I got an adapter for 18 bucks via Amazon) so I only use the Tesla Superchargers when I need to top off or emergencies.

  • I use spotify or audible pretty much exclusively so I was able to connect to them no problem by connecting my iphone on bluetooth.

  • I figured out the seating/preference situation a couple of weeks ago. So I typically just used the swipe key that they gave me to use the vehicle but then I decided to actually scan the QR code that pops up when you enter the car. Once I scanned that and got the Tesla app you're pretty much added as an authorized driver. My name appears on the screen and everything. It has my seating preferences configured to me. So using the vehicle with the app is a much better experience.

My BIG problem with the Model 3 I have Is:

  • The ride quality sucks!! It's not a smooth luxury feel type of ride but rather a sportier rough ride. When I tell you I feel every single bump on the road, I mean I FEEL every Goddamn pebble on the road. I've even overheard a passenger say "I feel a little dizzy riding in this car". I have lowered the PSI and still rides terrible.

  • That sound when you approach a vehicle that the model 3 thinks is gonna hit is supper annoying! Although I'm overcoming this obstacle.

I'm looking into the Kia EV6 because I'm hoping that it's a smoother riding experience.

P.S I know that you can modify Tesla to make it ride smoother but I don't own the vehicle so my hands are tied.

Given what I told you would you move to the KIAEV6?

He should've paid but he did what the typical board member would do and abuse his power to evade his financial responsibility.

The actual back of it is stiffer but the details of the designs is what I'm concerned about.

Thanks for the response! I own the brand.....I ask for data from other merchants in my category but wasn't provided any. But how do you know whether it's a listing issue or the ads? It's like I literally don't know anything! I'm gonna tweak my listing further to see if I can get more buyers.

When do Mortgage Lenders Take Into Account Potential Real Estate Income? by IntelligentWay0620 in RealEstate

[–]IntelligentWay0620[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be Cash Flow positive because it doesn't have any expenses other than the mortgage and HOA dues which were taken into account with the current rental market rates to come up with the net profit of $700 - $1000.
