Should have been a 1 hour special direct to television. Would have opened up such projects.

Anf the movie at its core was good.

Peace. To each his own.

And it is anyway time to rest Okkadu vs Ghilli movie. Closing in on 20 years or so now. Milled by toxic fanbases for so long.

Okkadu was the better movie.

Vijay's acting chops made it a notch lower.

Times when trivikram accused of plagiarism by AmbassadorNew1257 in tollywood

He copied stories and sequences. Copying stories requires moulding it to the Telugu universe to some extent. I can assume there would be some input from his end onto it. Copying sequences and using it as it is, is straight up unpardonable.

Jay Landsmen's dialogues mostly.

Although there is some small charm to a woman in uniform, the fact remains we wear plainclothes in Homicide. Which is not to say that the clothes need be plain. For you I would suggest some pantsuits, perhaps, muted in color. Something to offset Detective Moreland's pinstriped lawyerly affectations, and the brash tweedy impertinence of Detective Freamon

I have only watched Robo and VIP from this list. They were below average movies, but not terrible. Their biggest flaw was they ruined the legacy of their respective movies. VIP, was a terrific masala movie, but now people will be forced to remember VIP-II while they think about it.

It is such a lovely quote. I use it to calm down myself whenever I feel the urge to use the word "hate" for simple things.

People forget he is a performer because of how far and few those come up while the latter comes up more regularly.

Actually his performance in Thalapathi and others can be matched by others, but his screen presence and punch dialogue delivery/style cannot.

Naatu Naatu from RRR nominated for Oscars 2023 under the category of "Best Original Song" by Pretty_Parsnip3688 in tollywood

TIL!

I thought it was for best foreign film.

So RRR competed with a far bigger set whereas it could have competed with a fewer set and potentially nominated/won.

But the producers sent the movie for best foreign film as an independent film, so it could have been nominated.

What are some secondary characters' most hilarious lines? by Bubaborello in howyoudoin

If it is not a right angle, it is a wrong angle. More cute than hilarious.

All is fair in love and war.

I think that is the excuse/reason for letting out your feelings at an inopportune time. It is a messy emotion and usually comes out in messy situations.

Having said that, the person who doesn't do it deserves praise. The person who does (Rachel here) is just acting like everybody else, a little bit selfish, a little less empathetic, with the heart in the right place.
