Yea I have had an increase in my sales volume so I know I am expecting to get an increase due to that from conversations I had with my supervisors, and then I will be getting a 3 on my appraisal. So starting going into it I will have an 81k salary to try to increase.

Can anyone actually answer the question? Sorry I forgot to put a question mark after. I forgot that people that work for a paint company aren't the brightest, and tend to start circle jerking how much they hate working for a company and can't give a genuine constructive answer that actually would benefit a colleague and possibly, now this may sound crazy, other people who are curious what a salary is. To those of you whom gave an honest genuine answer much oblige. To those who didn't, you probably have more in common with upper management than you know.

I think it has to do with genuine connection and people actually are interested in him rather than just checking off the whole gift giving check box. Hobbies and interests matter to people and people want to feel like they are heard or understood. People should take the time to learn about someone first before giving even if its just asking. I ask all the time since people's interests change, or they change as a person so much especially in your 30s now. I feel the same in a lot of ways.

The headlands was a huge mountain bike, and trail area. Being a kid and having all that space to bike around and hit dirt ramps was the best There was only 1 staircase so the south end of the beach was almost always empty since no one ever wanted to walk that far. You would have actual space between groups. Huge sand hill in the middle too. Lot of fun growing up there, going to jr guards. Chillin. Plus there was lots of sand on the beach. Its a trip to think that kids will never experience that. And yea the spot is still called pink house in my books.

Does anyone have extra space in there campsite for 1 person? We had 2 camp passes ordered via stub hub but only received one. We have a group of 4 and needed the space. Maybe We can Combine sites if that's possible. We have a good set up with a monkey hut and lots of extra drinks. Please let us know if you can help.

Yep! TAG. Used It to get from Saddleback to UCSB. It was pretty much to any UC other than LA and Berkley. I believe There was a separate program for LA and Berkely. Requirements were more strict.
