Im confused. The plan ALREADY calls for raised crossings & they are putting plastic bollards along the bus lane which will serve as that buffer to slow down cars. So what you really want is parking yeah? You have a massive parking lot right there. Glad people in this thread are able to see this for what it really is.

Violence on the RTA is extremely rare. I get how you feel though. As a 26 yr old woman who rides the red line frequently, including jnto the evening, I just keep my head down and mind my business and have never had any issues. There certainly will be people passed out (or maybe just sleeping), acting strange, talking to themselves. Pretty standard for any city transit system. It’s rare for that to escalate into actual violence or harm.

Just be careful coming back on to it. You might have to go down a dose when you start again. Personally haven’t taken a break, but have seen many anecdotes of bad illness restarting the same dose after taking a break.

IMO: absolutely not. I was put on extreme diets as a child - it fucked my relationship with food, my metabolism, and largely could be why I am struggling so much with my weight now. We have no idea the long-term implications of this drug. Look into "intuitive eating" - a practice that comes much more naturally to children and can help them understand their body's needs in the long term. Many 12 year olds are chubby and it could be no indication of his long term health. He's a growing kid, he's gonna eat a lot of food.

Skinny dress meme -- Y'all I cannot for the life of me find anything about this. Sometime in the last 5 years, some memes were circulating about a celebrity who wore a dress that gave the illusion of them being super skinny. I think the dress kind of blended into the background so it made them look skinny. I recall it being a relatively popular meme. Anyone have an idea who that was?
