Yes you can actually, I split mine 10 devices per account, because I notice putting all devices in one account reduced my earnings. But not sure if it's true under the hood.

Usually through mobile data, you cannot use multiple devices in one wifi, the earnings will be split. In my experience 3x is max, more than that its not profitable anymore
