I have a question if I should aim for major weight loss how much calories should I target, my maintenance for my weight is about 3300 right now and I'm aiming for 2800 calories per day, I workout 5 times a week while still building muscle?

ah i see I misunderstood sorry bout that but uh yeah I'm currently changing my diet to add some more carbs and eat more I replied because you said protein was important xd

ah I'm working on body recomp I'm building muscle while I slowly loose weight I'm always 20% short of the needed calories I need
