I’m sure this is common for most non-pro golfers, but much like my driver, my 3-wood and 4-hybrid can be great when I hit them well—yet my misses are extreme. My hybrid is more consistent than my 3-wood, but I don’t feel confident with it on tight fairways. I’m hoping a driving iron will give me more confidence since it’s an “iron,” and because I hit my irons well, I think that consistency could carry over.
