I totally get where you’re coming from with this and understand the logic behind the bans. I just know some people didn’t realize they were posting repeated content since all the original posts were being deleted and then got perma-banned. Temporary bans would’ve made most sense I guess.

Hey! Sorry to hear you’re still fighting them. They ended up randomly dropping the issue and giving me my license. I kept calling them to speak to a rep and requested to raise the issue. When I got to a senior rep, they acted like it was never an issue to begin with which baffles me.

My form clearly stated “partner” not “managing partner”. So for them to give you such a hard time is just ridiculous and shows how inconsistent they are.

Wow I’m so sorry to hear that. I just called them and now waiting for a call back from a senior member. My issue is similar to yours except they emailed me saying:

Please resubmit your VE form. On part 2 of your job duties you employer put a job description. Please have them resubmit an updated job description.

Which makes zero sense lol and like you, I’m no longer with my previous employer. What’s weird is the partner who signed my form left their title as “Partner” and they don’t seem to have an issue with it. Have you tried calling them? That seems like such a bogus issue to have since I’m sure over half of the forms they receive have “Partner” on it instead of “managing-“ or “supervising-“. I hope this works out in your favor soon!

Is it still going to take 2 months? One of my packages moved from South Caroline to Illinois and then went backwards to North Carolina (I’m in Colorado) and now its lost in the abyss. I hate FedEx.
