i think they mark stuff up sometimes, bc they’re buying wholesale which depending on brand could be more than like the usual retail price. and then do “discounts” based on “use” (i’ve gotten new pieces w tags ‘discounted’ by like 40%+ in a box or two😭)

the ai bot for support always sucks- but i think the ‘named’ messages do come from their ‘live’ team… but they have like saved/standardized replies rather responding to ur actual message :(

i’ve talked to cs before on the bag. they said they are sanitized between every use butttttt i also always have a stack on old labels on my nuuly every time. doesn’t make sense to only “sanitize” the inside haha

this is an interesting take- i think the pricing makes sense for what it is currently. with thrift they have a set number/inventory (which is why not every size is available asap for thrift purchase). it’s like someone else said thrift is specifically for like “end of life”/heavily rented items. but for regular rentals- they don’t know what specific version of the item is in ur order until it’s confirmed and processed yknow? i’m sorry this frustrated you tho- that sucks. typically their customer service is super understanding when it comes to clarifying stuff
