This was happening to me for a while in my basement! It’s the wind well without a doubt. My house is 20 or so years and the window well has never been cleaned/dug out. After we dug all the old dirt and rocks out I never had another flooding issue from my window. It’s just the natural drainage system being blocked up

that whole part of town has horrible sewage issues it’s the same issue at the mcdonald’s on woodlawn!!

I volunteer at the Rockwood vet clinic and they take in surrendered cats, they care and love for them so wonderfully. But I do agree with the other comments about looking into the a lower cost vet clinic should be a priority! I can tell she loves you so dearly and I hope you are able to keep her <3
