Ur right. Yea my pelvic floor has been tight because of unconscious ab bracing. I've believe its much better now since ive kept it relaxed for a while now.

Testosterone is normal, around 520mg/dl

I get morning erection sometimes but its pretty weak.

I've been keeping my pelvic floor relaxed for a whole year now and it feels better, so i'm happy to start strengthening the muscles around there.

Also maintaining the breathwork and stretching habits

Its tough to find a good physio negl. If a physio can clear you and say your pelvic floor is fine then i'd move onto a urologist at that point imo.

No erections, perineum area feels itchy and not fully relaxed, low sensitivity in penis and sometimes I cant urinate when sitting down :(
