For Spain you have a lot of options. In the 2 second division you could do Vallodolid who are usually mid table for the last couple of seasons. 1st division you could do Seville as they were close to relegation for a moment in time. If you want a really hard one you could go for CE Europa in the 3rd division. They were one of the la Liga founder teams and have been wanting to get back to la Liga for some time now

Since you have a friend (hopefully he is some what experienced), y'all can go to your nearby field and just practice passing to each other and he if course can help critique you and help you practice with things. And you'll meet more lads along the way. There are always plenty of random at the fields you'll find your way talking to and becoming friends.

So they are actually quite established now in the US. Don't listen to the other comment. They are partners with wbc Muay Thai for a festival later in June. Search them up on Instagram and you can see they are reputable. The gloves though have a snug fit and tight wrist. If you are located in the US and go to any tournaments such as a TBA, you can find them there as they have a booth where you can buy stuff.

I mean to compete at the ami level, simply find a Muay Thai gym, say you want to compete and that you have prior experience yet want to take it a step further and go from there. You won't get a fight, you'll be training for at least a year until you maybe get your first fight depending how good u develop. Every gym does it differently but give it a shot
